EAR Compliance & Certification Resources
At the Export Compliance Training Institute, we field questions every day about the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) export control regulations. Complying with these regulations is essential for businesses that seek to export products, technologies, software and services. Yet, individuals charged with overseeing export compliance in their business may not fully understand – or may misinterpret – the specific components of each regulation; how they relate to and interact with one another; and how they apply to their specific situation.
We’ve put together some helpful resources to help you and your business learn more and improve your EAR compliance efforts. If there is any way that we can be of assistance as you review these resources, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
EAR Certification
ECTI is renowned as the world leader in U.S. export compliance training programs. With ECTI’s export compliance seminars, you have always been able to document your participation in our courses — in addition, you can opt to take the Export Compliance Professional (ECoP®) certification exam (or exams) at course completion to certify your mastery of the concepts.
You must first attend an ECTI-qualifying live seminar course or e-Seminar course to qualify for the Export Compliance Professional (ECoP®) Certification. After you have attended an ECTI live seminar or completed the e-Seminar course online, you will be able to purchase and access the ECoP® Certification Exam.
By taking and passing the certification exam(s), you can demonstrate to your employer and colleagues that you have mastered the content and that you have the skills necessary to perform your export compliance duties.
